Jacobean style carved oak fireplace

This beautful carved oak fireplace had suffered from sunlight, water damage splattered paint and a few broken and missing pieces which were replaced and brought in to match the existing colour and patina. a sympathetic clean, light staining using ground pigments and plenty of wax.
